Poor Service

I experienced very poor service from Takealot. I ordered an item which arrived with a missing piece. I immediately logged a return for the missing item. I did not cancel my order.

I need this item within a few days and I do not have time to order another one. I am very disappointed because communication has been delayed. I have been logging into my account and email every day to check for an update.

This is poor service from Takealot. Please ensure that packages are checked before delivery.
