POOR SERVICE

I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of communication from Takealot regarding my order. I have invested a significant amount of time and airtime attempting to resolve this matter by contacting customer service. Despite speaking with multiple agents, including Chesnae, Tyler, and the manager, Aisheer, I have yet to receive the assistance required.
