Poor service

I am very disappointed in the takealot team at wonderboom junction store,firstly i receive a sms message that says my parcel is there,then i drove all the way from brits to collect it,when i arrived there the lady told me it isnt there because i dont have a QR code,she did not even check,made me stand there and wait whitout telling me anything.Stood around there fot longer than 20mins before leaving the store. I am very very disgusted in the service received there.
