Poor Service

Unfortunately, I will not be placing an order with Takealot again. For the second time they have given me an estimated delivery date and changed it. When I call in, they tell me that an item is not in stock and if I split it then the other items will be shipped. This should be done before I place the order so that I know if it’s viable to buy online or I have to get it in store. On both occasions I needed items before the delivery date. Not happy at all, will have to fork out money in the shops again due to the delay.
