Poor service

I have bought potlids and lotion of zero spot lotion, soap and aloe Vera lip gloss was 3 weeks back my mistake I bought the products twice each and they delivered it and I requested a return for 1 pot lid and other products, they keep on postponing until they cancel it for no reason.all product cost R392.00

I am very disappointed and I will never ever again order at takealot.
