Poor service

I placed an order for 1 x Multifunctional 342 Pieces Building Blocks Table with Chair Set. The product I ordered had 2 tables. On the day I purchased the item I paid extra for delivery so that I can receive the item as quick as possible. Upon delivery I received a building block table with 1 chair and the total of building blocks was not a 342 piece but way less. I returned the item to the nearest pickup point for Takelot on the same day as delivery. I needed to wait almost 2 weeks to hopefully receive the correct item. On the day when I went to collect the item at the Takelot pickup point it was the same item I received last time again the incorrect item were provided. There is also no one who can actually assist when you contact Takelot support centre as they have a process in place and it does not matter the urgency or disappointment of their client no one is actually trying to go above and beyond to assist you. Upon requesting a refund when the incorrect item were delivered for the 2nd time I needed to phone them to follow up on my refund as I did not receive my money back. They needed to escalate and hopefully I will get my money back. This is unacceptable and not good client service. Items that are collected to be delivered are not checked if it is actually the correct item and the service they provide is not wow at all. This was a complete waste of time and effort. I will not make use of them again and I will also not recommend them to anyone.
