Poor service

On the 31 may 2024 I purchased 5 items which all were on sale.on the 6may I get delivery with a box wide open and short item which I took a photo as proof.i refused to take the parcel with the condition.no communication was done from their side and they credited me back without a follow-up.few days later I call customer service the put the items back into chat with the difference I had to pay remember all items were on sale.i then call them back the cancelled the order for the 3rd time.they then put the items back in cart with one short item again.the kept sending mails that they are resolving the matter & nothing was done again.i call again and spoke to McNeil who convinced me that people who helped me didn’t know what they were doing and he will sort it out,where as one item was already in sheeting.i received that 1 item hoping the rest will follow.only to find that one item was send with full price not sale price and the rest of the money was credited.i feel bad bcose that was not my problem when the parcel came open I refused it .am now stocked bcose I keep going back and forth with them.worst and poor service I ever got I’ll never buy anything from them.
