Poor service

<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>In december of 2016, around the 9 i bought a phone from takealot.com, then a few days after i realised the phone needed to be charged now and again, like 3 times a day, even when on standby, so since we were going to the December holidays, i did not return the phone, until January 2017, i explained the problem to them, them came and took it.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few days later, they told me they can't take back the phone because they tested it it is working fine, so i said if they are happy that the phone is working fine, they were to schedule a delivery of the phone back to me now, i gave them an alternative number to contact me on since my original was not working temporarily, days went by, i asked them why have i not recived the phone, they said the courier company is unable to reach me, i gave them the number and work adress again.</p> <p> </p> <p>a few days later a new person was assigned to take over this matter, that is now the third person actually, they gave me Skynet's contact details, i called them gave them my alternative number, a few days after i followed up with takealot, was told Skynet could not reach me and i am never at home (meantive i gave them my work adress) i gave them my number again</p> <p> </p> <p>last week another person was assigned to this matter, promised to have the phone delivered since last week monday, it's a new week now, another person have been assigned to handle this issue, i gave them my number again and promised the phone will be delivered today, till now no communication no phone</p>
