Poor Service

When my business partner stopped buying Items from Takealot and opened an account with Amazon, I thought he was just being dramatic.

Today I realise he wasn't, their customer service is terrible. When you call any business and the person on the receiving end starts mentioning " T & C" before listening, you are surely going to receive poor service because that clearly shows they will not go and extra mile to address the customer issue. Even at my place of workplace, If I wanted to do the bare minimum, I'd refer customers to the T & C and not do anything further.
