Poor service

I paid extra for a fast delivery but my delivery was "resheduled" . I was not contacted in the process to address any changes or rearrange the delivery. Takealot clearly has my contact details because I keep getting automated SMSs, instead, these automated systems says I was somehow unavailable for the delivery. I have yet to receive my package. This is starting to look like I have been ****med.
