Poor service

<p>I purchased an item from TAKEALOT which got delivered on Wednesday 03-01-17 After realizing that the product did not suit my preferences, I immediately lodged a return. I was immediately sent an SMS confirmation, attached below. Today being the 07-01-17 my return has still not been picked up. I really needed this item to be returned so that I could use the credit to buy something else of a higher value from TAKEALOT. Why does TAKEALOT promise and under deliver? I usually have no problems with TAKEALOT and always recommended them to friends and family. I love shopping with you'll.
