Poor service

I bought a kitchen scale at Takealot 3 weeks ago after 2 weeks I was told the scale is no longer in stock and that I'll be refunded a voucher in 2 weeks time. When I browse under their website the kitchen scale I was told is no longer in stock is still being advertised, now I'm confused. Secondly, yesterday I requested a refund for goods I want return. Takealot sends me a message stating that the goods will be collected today, I waited and no one arrived to collect the goods. Only in the evening they sent a text stating that the collection was delayed with no indication as to when they'll be coming to fetch their goods. It seems the returning of goods at takealot is stressful and their service in general is poor. Like there's a disconnect with how they communicate with customers, almost like they don't care. As soon as this is done, I'm never purchasing anything with them. It's not worth the headache.
