Poor Service

<p>I placed an order with takealot on the 8/12/2016 delivery was promised on the 14/12/2016</p> <p>On Saturday the 17/12/2016 i got a mail to say that i have submitted a return request.</p> <p>Today the 19/12/2016 i called in to find out what is going on i got told that the parcel was damaged and they could not send a replacement today nor do a refund today this will take 5-7 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is absolute ******* i ordered it early as it was a birthday gift and i am no dissappointed as i dont have what i wanted.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will from now on never buy from takealot again!!!!!!!!!!</p>
