Poor service!
<p>I went to the Takealot.com warehouse in Cape Town on Sunday to collect my purchase. Big mistake!!!</p> <p>I had to wait about 45min before I finally received my purchase! Evryone else's orders were promptly sourced from the warehouse within about 5minutes, except mine. I enquired a few times with different staff members during this time and only by the time the 4th person helped me I finally got my order! This is ridiculous!!! They need to re-visit their whole collection setup as the current one is obviously not working so well!</p> <p>The other 3 staff members that supposedly assisted me seemed to lose interest after they couldn't find my order and then just continued to assist other customers while leaving me to wonder what the heck was going on?! None of them even bothered to communicate with me!!! I found this inexcusable!!!</p> <p> </p>
