Poor Service

<p>I purchased a camping fridge and battery box( alt.power system) from takealot on 18/11/16 and 21/11/16. They promise delivery within 10 days. Yesterday afternoon(1/12/16) the day it should have been delivered I get an email to say their supplier will only be able to deliver in 2-3 days time for the camping fridge.I checked up on battery box and saw that it would only be delivered on the 6th . My wife would be leaving home for Kimberley on the 5th and on to Namibia on the 8th. I asked the lady if the courier could rather take items to Kimberley instead .I got email to say no fridge available -she told me battery box was at courier dispatch.I asked her to get the address changed - no response after 3 hrs.I am not a first time buyer at Takelot and previously had good service.I am very disappointed as my holiday is now ruined. I am in Tanzania and have been trying to find the right size and type of camping fridge at short notice, but cannot find.So will have to try a cooler box.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
