Poor service

<p>I am usually quite impressed with TAKEALOT's service however with my most recent order I have been very dissapointed with the service I've received. I ordered a book on Sunday and on Tuesday morning I was impressed when I received an SMS saying my package would be delivered before 5pm. The package did not arrive and on Wednesday morning I received another SMS saying my package could not be delivered and would be delivered before 5pm on Wednesday. The package still has not been delivered.</p> <p>I tried to post a complaint on the website complaint forum which leads to a page saying "the page you are looking for has vanished into thin air". I then emailed my complaint, the automated response claimed I'd receive a reply in 2-12 working hours, its been over 12 hours and I've received no reply. My last resort was to call the customer services contact, the number on the TAKEALOT website had an automated responses saying I had called the incorrect number and redirected me to the correct number, there was also no response from customer services. I'm very unimpressed with TAKEALOT and am still awaiting a response/delivery of my package. </p>
