Poor service

No contact number available at ant of their centers to talk to a human. The item I wanted was available but not in the specific type on the web site. I then try to get in contact with the supplier, however their website direct me directly to takealot. How frustrating and disappointing that takealot have so much control. How did this happen, who allowed this. Then takealot SMS me to collect from their Tigervally pick up point however the QR code link did not work and did not open. After a long time wasting struggle at the pick up point we managed to find the QR number. After I left takealot send met hte e mail with the QR code. Very bad practice. Poor service. Be warned rather go to a shop and buy that you want pay for is and get you correct item immediately without waiting for days and working with and inefficient delivery company.
