Poor service

I bought an item 4 weeks ago. They delivered me the wrong item. I submitted for a return and exchange for the item I initially ordered. They then said no stock I will have to be refunded .its been 4 weeks now after endless emails and responses from them promising to collect and refund. Still nothing.
