Poor service

I bought 3 items from take.lot as gift for my son’s birthday ,one of them was soccer boots which was the important one out of them all.

We recieved 3 boxes,as i was taking a video my son busy unboxing the first box it was a box full of bags that i did not order and never received the boots till to date

I informed them ,they arranged for a collection very early monday and i was told that i will get a refund.

It is morethan 8 days no feedback,no soccer boots,no refund

Everyday i reach for an update and nothing tangible i get.

My som has had to play 3 matches without boots.

Not only are they *********** ,the service is appalling

I was sent a wrong item that they were very quick to collect

I am beyond frustrated by this inconvenience.
