Poor service

My headphones have been falling apart due to poor quality. The first I sent the claim in, it was refuted, as the person said it was human damage. A similar damage is starting on the opposite side. I didn’t drop it, or tried anything else. I wrote to takealot 3 days ago and still no response. The email previously came from a Teffo. Please, I need this to be sorted out.
