Poor service

Two weeks ago I bought a kettle and it was delivered, same day it was leaking and few days later took back. And I received another one two later it was leaking again and took it back, called in asked to be credited so I can buy another make. I have been sending emails demanding the credit without no joy. What is so difficult to credit the amount so I can a no other kettle?
