Poor service

This company called takealot is not good at all. My daughter order a printer in September and returned it till today we did not receive the printer nor money. We called them many times without any help. To my surprise today they sent my daughter email saying cables for the printer are missing. For the whole two months and some weeks calling them they never tell us about the missing cables. And we returned the printer with everything. Am tired calling them.
