Poor service

Um trully dissapointed and disgusted with service for takelot ,l order books on monday morning and paid express delivery which was supposed to be sent by the next day and 2 days down the line ,no communication and um only told wrong address and l sent my corodinates then they tell me its in a wrong warehouse l must wait again yet l paid for express delivery had to cancel my order as they were not helping now they refunded me shot money of which l don't understand why would thye charge me yet they didnt deliver my order
