Poor service

I cancelled my order with Takealot, but I still have not received my refund.

I contacted Takealot about this 3–4 weeks ago and was told that the refund would be processed, but there is still nothing reflecting in my account.

It is extremely frustrating to have to keep following up for money that is owed to me. I have already given this more than enough time and I need Takealot to resolve this matter and process my refund urgently.
