Poor service

Ywo weeks ago i purchase a product from takealot with the option to deliver it the same day using their guaranteed same day delivery service. 15 minutes before the delivery was due, takealot sends a message that delivery is rescheduled for the following Monday. I proceeded to cancel the delivery as i waited the entire day for a product that never arrived. Today i was only refunded the cost of the product and not the delivery. This is **************** as i cannot be expected to incur delivery costs of a delivery that never happened.
