Poor service

I’ve placed an order and was going to be delivered on Wednesday 14 th February stayed home whole day waiting, it was early evening when I called them and they said it would still be delivered however no goods was delivered.. so today 15 th February I called and spoke to Somayo Armino and she apologized and said it would be delivered today guess what nothing was delivered it’s so annoying and frustrating .
