Poor service

The level of incompetence at takealot. com is sickening. I bought a Parcel on Friday and they they are going to deliver on Monday, come Monday they told me that they couldn't locate my address I mean really Tuesday morning I Phoned them and they promised to deliver on Wednesday, guess what happened on Wednesday no one is answering the Phone so pathetic.
