poor service

Very poor service! Bought a item on the 23rd of December 2018 ,delivery was scheduled for 3rd January 2019.Since then no Delivery!! keep on getting messages saying delivery rescheduled. Dont bother phoning them because they never answer calls,one time i was holding longer than a hour!!
