Poor service

I am really disappointed and angry with Takealot and I do not understand y dey gave my parcel to fast and furious. I was expecting my parcel to be delivered on the 7th of December 2019 but the courier dey chose for me never came to my house to deliver. And i communicated with takealot customer service and dey failed to resolve da matter for me and all dey say is dat it will be delivered today but their courier never come to my house. I do not understand y are dey still using dis courier considering da bad reviews and complaints about dis company.
