POOR SERVICE!!!!!

My first buy and delivery from TAKEALOT.COM and it's been the worst service!!!! A message saying my delivery will take place between 08h00 and 17h00 YESTERDAY, NO delivery was made and NO notification until 05h00 this MORNING saying "we tried to deliver your takealot order but couldn't??? I planned my whole day around takealot yesterday just to have no delivery.... today I'm back at work and had to leave the cash with our security guard!!!!! This is unacceptable... and the worst service I've ever had.... will never make use of takealot.com again- that's for sure!!!!
