Poor Service

Completely disappointed with takealot as I always do my shopping with them. I placed my order on the 17th December and the only reason I confirmed the order was because I was told I will receive my order on the 22nd which I thought was perfect since lots of my purchases were Christmas gifts. Now I get an sms to say my order is scheduled to be delivered on the 27th. I tracked the parcel and it shows my order is at their courier in Morningside. I emailed Takealot to ask if it was possible for me to collect my order since I live nearby. I received a response from a consultant via email to say "As per email request we can regrettably confirm that your branch is a regional branch and regional branches do not deliver in the weekend.Unfortunately you can also not pick this up a the collection facility is not offered that side."

I am very disappointed with the service, as I am a regular customer. Definitely won't be doing much shopping here anymore.
