Poor service

Placed an order and paid for it. I waited for the full time of delivery which is today. Only on the day of delivery do I get an email notifying me that my order is canceled because they couldn’t source the item. This is a major let down as I needed the item to conduct business, some of the jobs I needed it for has passed and there was another today and tomorrow that I cannot do as a result of Takealot’s inconsiderate way of handling this issue. This means that in future I will be weary of using Takealot as your order is not guareenteed even when you have paid for the item. I now have to wait an additional 3-5 business days for my refund. Takealot has taken more from me through this mess up.
