POOR SERVICE

I ordered a pack of Nappies on the 28th Jan 2016 todate has not been received spoke to a manager there name Ishmael of which I very dissapointed in manner he handle this as all his answers were not water tight for me to have a level of comfort till now as i am logging this complain he was not sure i was going to get my package today takelot service sucks big time no once is taking accountability as this is not proffessional on their part as they claim to have sent communication were as they did not the ball just dropped i would give them a zero rating if it was me
