Poor service

Poor service Hi I don't no if is possible to cancel my oder and get my money because is been a while waiting for it they said it will come on the 12th now is says the 13th and now it says the 17th this is so disappointing I really want to cancel this oder and get my money back I ordered pills there my father his sick he really needs those pills and you are busy changing dates please send back my money IL go buy them at the best shops I'm never ever going to use this app ever again I wouldnt even recommend it to anyone with such poor service
