Poor Service

I placed an order on 21 August 2017 with an expected delivery time of up to 15 working days. It is now the 27 September 2017 and still no delivery. The standard response is that "we are sorry" but with no explanation only a fictional timeline for when it will be delivered. There are no telephone numbers on the website and when I requested a callback no one phoned.

So when things go right, it's all fine, but when there are issues takealot hides behind walls of emails and scripted responses. I'm so frustrated that I do not want to deal with them ever again.
