Poor service

I have been struggling to receive my order for weeks now! I received wrong order but one could swear that I was at fault. Logged a query to return the product received, on getting to the pick-up point I was told that they can't help. I again went with an e-mail stating that I needed to go collect and I was still told the same thing! Appalling service to say the least!
