Poor Service

I bought a headboard that was defective, i logged a return on the 26th of Aug everyday i get an sms saying “return delayed” we will reschedule. At this point all I want is for them to take their goods and gimme my money. Also the driver was rude not introducing himself on the fone but telling me to send him my location.
