Poor service

Cell phone, it is disappointing that I have returned a cell phone based on the fact that it does not work, even though my Mom misplaced the charger the service received it unacceptable. She is 79 Years, the main factor is that the phone is not working, the expectation is that you should have looked at the phone, replace the phone and don't give her a charger. But instead you return the phone without informing me, worse the phone was given to a small child, you didn't even call me that you were dropping off the phone. The lack of respect. This is the worst service ever received from you guys. I hope you treat your other customers with respect and integrity. Am really disappointed.
