**** Poor Service

The after service is really appalling.The faulty item was supposed to be collected on Friday and the replacement was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and still waiting. Made me wait for 2 days at home without any updates. Sent numerous email and calls and no one gets back to with an update. Never experienced such **** poor service.
