Poor service

I place an order at takealot for a baby tub and bag. I make a selection of cash on delivery. These was on the 26 August 2019 till today they keep on promising. I don't go anywhere waiting for delivery. Their service is far different from what they promised. It seems as there is no professionalism at takealot when it comes conducting business. Am frustrated by these poor service. They even fail to just make a call to me. Am now worried that they may be a **** operating within them.
