Poor service

I ordered a 12 blade apple corer but was supp**** with an 8 blade device which is not suitable for our purposes. Worse still is that I submitted a return which has disappeared and no longer shows on my account. More disturbing is that the review I submitted vdoes not display but their system won't allow me to submit another reporting that I have already submitted one 4 or 5 days ago! This is a disturbing trend Takealot!!
