Poor service

Takealot never fail to disappoint me. Last year I ordered a product they delivered the wrong product and after collection they didn't provide any feedback till i contacted them and only then i was yold they don't have an alternative product to exchange with. Also before collection i kept on getting similar emails from different agents requesting the same information about the product delivered. I have decided to the business a second chance and placed another order last month yet again what was delivered was different from the product ordered. After waiting for days for collection now when i track the status it says collection cancelled without any communication.
