Poor Service

Poor poorer poorest customer service from Takealot and their delivery team, they are *********** or hire people who know nothing about delivery services or how to read addresses and they don't think twice in rescheduling your parcel, firstly they said it was routed to an incorrect courier center, status said it's in Queenstown, who is in Queenstown and do not know where Alice is? They don't even bother to call and let you know what is happening but will just be rescheduling your packege. First parcel ordered on the 14. 10.2024 still not received, second one ordered on the 20.10.2024 also not received, same story, same excuse. Takealot is now becoming overwhelmed with rendering their services shame. They have very poor service.
