Poor service.

The guy contacted me 10 minutes back and he is telling me thar he is allready an hour away from where I stay. I am waiting for my delivery. How is that possible. Driving 100km in 10 minutes. I need an explanation. Lydenburg to Schoemanskloof is 1hour 23 minutes. The courier contacted me 10 minutes back and when I call him back, he says he is an hour away from where I stay. This is nonsense. It is clear that he was never at my place for delivery and I have been eagerly waiting. I want an explanation regarding this.
