POOR SERVICE!!!

I pre-ordered FIFA 16 through [URL Removed] in August. I called on Wednesday (23rd September) to query delivery but I was told that the release date was moved from the 22nd to the 24th and Takealot apologizes for not informing me. As the 24th falls on a public holiday I would have to wait an extra day for delivery despite it been readily available at all retail stores nationally on the 24th (what's the point of a pre-order then??). None the less I waited and today I find no delivery yet and MR Delivery tell me HOPEFULLY delivery MIGHT occur sometime today. Poor service.<br> <br> I am leaving at 12pm for the long weekend, and should I not receive delivery by then - I will buy from BT Games and ask for a cash refund from takealot.
