Poor service

Absolutely terrible, appalling customer service. Never had a problem in the past, the last month or 2 they are loosing the plot! Several items shows ín-stock', once ordered it just disappears and 'out of stock' appears. Try to get a refund takes forever and absolutely NO response via emails etc. NO communication and NO replies on phone calls. I will definitely find other on-line stores in future.
