Poor service

I bought something from takealot more than 3 weeks ago, paid for it and immediately cancelled the order when I realized it was going to take too long, as it was meant as a gift. Since then emailed them several timesceven wuth my bank statement. I phoned them last week after numerous attempts I got hold of them. The lady then said my money was paid in 27 Nov. To date heteof no refund reflects in my bank account and they ignore my emails. Thisvis absolutely pathetic service as I am a regular customer. Will not support them again and will nowvhave to take legal action. More money spentcecentually than my refund.
