Poor Service

I have purchased a bundle deal on Takealot for r2500 however I only received half of the items. I have then logged a return and was credited without being contacted. I did not want a credit, i wanted the correct items to be sent to me. I was told that the reason I was refunded is because they don't have stock. I then called into the call centre, not telling them my story but asked if they have stock of the item which the agent confirmed they do have. I have then requested to speak to a supervisor which told me unfortunately I have to purchase the full price of R5500. She first told me i have to pay full price because the stock they have stock but it comes from a different supplier but I have told her there is only 1 supplier in South Africa that sells that item then she changed her story to say their is no stock but the website and the agent confirmed there is stock.
