Poor service
I ordered Skone Shelton Gold Ladies Watch on the 29 September 2020 and I received an empty box with no watch inside. I called takealot and I was advised to wait as they will escalate the issue to the right department. I want my money back today.

They said they don’t know how long will then investigation take, I don’t understand why must I suffer for their mistake/ poor service as the box was not tempered which means whoever packed it did not do their job. I am disappointed at takealot.com
