Poor service

Still waiting for my R76 rand refund from 30 May till to date.This is the feed back I have recieved. They are benefitting from cancellations

Thanks for reaching out. Upon reviewing your order, it appears it was canceled after it had already been shipped. We're unable to refund delivery fees once an order has entered the shipping process. This is because the delivery service has already been rendered at that point. We appreciate your understanding. Sincerely, Clayton
